Background Information
Change Management has a critical part to play in Business Services. As the change specialists, Change Management makes a real difference by doing what we do best - delivering quality & timely change; delivering for our customers; and delivering it all with world class change tools and frameworks.
Our remit is to deliver the change roadmap for the Business Services Management Committee. To do this, we will need to work closely with Strategy & Architecture, Delivery teams and departments across the RBS group. We are also here to develop, deliver and maintain change tools and frameworks, such as the Change Framework and Plan View Enterprise, to a group-wide audience of change professionals.
Within Change Management the EMEA Change practice is responsible for Business Services projects in the EMEA region (with the exception of UK). The team is internationally oriented and works abroad, if & when required, since many of the projects are executed across EMEA or lined to the hubs in India and Poland.
Managing the Project Management office:
• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance and Program Governance structure.
• Implement and maintain standardized processes in the program.
• Implementation and execution of Program Control functions to ensure alignment of the program with the direction of the implementation with focus of operating policies & processes.
• Organise and track all governance meetings (input & output)
Portfolio Management activities:
• To manage and control financial reports on program and practice level.
• To produce, monitor and forecast total portfolio spending and budget on the basis of a variety of reports generated from different applications.
• To prepare internal and external reporting on status and spending.
Organisation and Management activities:
• Prepare and analyse planning and staffing.
• Maintain HR documentation and planning
• Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues in accordance with project management processes.
• Able to identify issues, investigate and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Able to signal potential improvements enhancing team delivery and anticipating requirements.

• Dutch and English speaking person.
• The person has to be hands-on and knows how to act in an divers environment.
